XJ-RY500 Grease Melting Tank, chocolate syrup making machine, is the special equipment for melting the solid fat such as cocoa butter. Cocoa butter, cocoa butter equivalent and cocoa butter substitute are the main materials for chocolate production. They are solid state in the normal conditions. In order to grind evenly with sugar powder, milk powder and cocoa mass, and to last the working life of the grind equipment, the solid kinds of greases should be melted before grinding. It is the necessary pre-processing of the chocolate production.
